With Love Designs SA has a 7-10 day lead time on all orders, before orders are dispatched to the Courier.

Johannesburg & Pretoria 1-2 business days.
Rest of South Africa 2-3 business days

We always try to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, We take great care in every order and personalised item which we sell.
If there is an unforeseen delay where your item is not dispatched within the 7-10 day period, you will be notified in writing.
If you do need a rush order, please email us first to find out if it is possible before placing and paying for an order with us.
Rush orders will be charged for.
If an items is out of stock, you will receive a mail to notify you. You will have the option of either waiting for the item to be in stock depending on the ETA or a full refund.
