Returns/Refunds
Personalised Items
Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded. Unless the item is faulty or damaged or there is a spelling/design error on our side.
Please ensure all details given to us for personalisation have been checked for spelling errors.
If you have submitted an order to us via our website and would like to make any changes, please notify us within 24 hours via email, with your order number and the changes to be made.
You are entitled to return a product within 7 days of the product being delivered to you. If more than 7 days have past, since the item(s) were delivered to you, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as in it's original packaging. Sale Items unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Only in the event of a personalised item being defective, if there was an item/s personalised incorrectly or a spelling error on our side will a refund or exchange be considered.
If found to indeed be defective, you will either be:
a) fully refunded
b) have the product replaced at With Love Designs SA expense. This decision will be for With Love Designs SA to decide.
